Struggling With Your Finances? You Aren't Alone

Hi! I have a huge confession to make. I have been struggling with my finances. You might say that is normal but I do not see bad things or terrible situations like poverty as normal. His Word says that He will supply ALL my needs according to His riches in Glory so when my needs aren't met, I get troubled. The past couple of months have been weird. I made a couple of questionable decisions. Thankfully, I have been taught to stop looking for witches and wizards after my finances but search my self FIRST. So, I looked through myself and the decisions I have made and found many failings. #Shiloh2019 messages and ministrations have been helpful. I couldn't be on ground at Canaanland, Ota(due to work) but I connected Live via Youtube, Facebook and at my Zonal Centre, Marwa, Lekki during the Prophetic event last December 2019. The First night was impactful. Bishop David Oyedepo, as if he was speaking to me, asked us to check our righteousness and standi...

Testimony: These eyes

These eyes. The devil tried really hard to take the eyes God gave me. For five days in September, 2018 I understood the value of one of the precious senses God gave us. The eyes. My eyes. I could not read or sit still with my poor eyes. The attack felt like stick and stones in my eyes. Bright light brought tears. The wind brought fears. It started on the 21st but by 26th, I had had enough of the pains and struggles. I remembered several healing testimonies. I reminded God of his faithfulness. I asked for forgiveness of my sins. The fears set in. Quickly. People had told me that working with/ looking at  bright screens too long would damage my eyes. I rejected that.  I used to read with the moon years ago. They didn't get damaged then. Why now?  Having spent over a decade looking at computer screens, tablets and phones, I often testify of not endangering my sight, I was not ready for a different testimony. I had Matthew 8:17 down. Is...

BOOK REVIEW: Fulfilling Your Days By Bishop David Oyedepo

Cover of The Book By Bishop David Oyedepo Fulfilling your days by Bishop Oyedepo  is a very powerful book. An eye opener for me. It explains a lot about life, choices and death. Today is also his birthday which makes it fitting to share his impact. In this review, I highlight the major points that I picked from the book. - Jesus has the key of death and He showed that with examples when He died Matt 27: 50 -53 which Paul confirmed in Colosians 2:15. - That Jesus showed us practical example of the authority/Keys He's been given by God by Raising the dead immediately He gave up the ghost after saying it is finished in John 19:30.  - We should ask Jesus for help when facing the horrors of death or life and He will answer. - The book also says that 70 years is the minimum age we(are covenanted to live Ps. 90:10) but it can be increased to 120 -180 as we want and according to our strength).  - He reminded us about what Hezekiah did in Isaiah 38; calling/putting...

How God Leads Us Today By Bishop Oyedepo

Hello Guys, I was at our(Living Faith Church Worldwide) Midweek Service Last Night. Having read his book Understanding Divine Direction, I put two and two together and was able to take notes that I wanna share. A lot of us are divided on life issues. I shake my head when I see headlines on Tithing and why we should pay or not pay.  Questions like "how do I know he is the one" comes up on every blog/social media. I hope the notes that I took from the service will help. It certainly helped me. You can also hear/watch the message via this Youtube Link For How God Leads Today Sermon By Bishop Oyedepo Sermon: How God Leads Today(March 7, 2018) Texts from  Psalm 23:1-6, John 10:21 What are the requirements for Divine Guidance? 1. Be full of the word of God. To defeat the devil, you must be word loaded to avoid misguidance. God guides us today via His Word or you'd be misguided. Ps 119:105. It is the standard that helps you identify what's not from God'...

My Experience at #WOTGK2017 (Women Of The God Kind 2017)

Hi guys, Jenny at #WOTGK2017 I  started 2017 with a resolve to mingle with people. Go to concerts, shows, events, musicals, you name it. So, when I saw the advert for  #WOTGK2017 conference organised and founded by Joys Oyedepo, I set my calendar for that day. It was awesome. We had a great time in God's presence, I tell you. We also had to privilege of meeting and touching,  our mentors, great women of God; in my opinion. Women like Dr. Ada Sonia, Mrs. Kemi Oyedepo, Nkechi Harry Ngonadi(NHN), Mrs. Yemi(Joys' former teacher), Joys and my favorite, Mrs. Tolu Ijogun(Pastor Bimbo and Taiwo Odukoya's daughter).  NHN and her runway models. T he conference which was held at the ALDC, Covenant University was the second event since it was founded. I met young ladies from within and outside Lagos.  I made a new friend! I made a new friend. We bonded until we entered the hall before 10am; which was the time the confere...

My 2018 21-Day Fasting and Prayers

So, Service at The Living Faith Church Worldwide While folks were making New Year resolutions, I joined my church; The Living faith Church Worldwide AKA Winners Chapel in annual prayers. I had a breakthrough in each of the last two years I participated in and I wanted another breakthrough this year. Who does not? I will share my experience as well as my Father(Bishop Oyedepo)'s teaching on the benefits of fasting and prayers. Fasting is a commandment ( Isaiah 58: 1-14, Matthew 6:16-18) as well as a choice.  Esther chose to fast in Esther 4:16. If you want an end to several manipulations of the devil in your life, it is advisable that you fast and pray. Praying during the fast is more important. Papa would say that fasting without prayers is dieting. Which is a waste of your time because "Bodily exercises profits nothing". We started the 21-day fasting and prayers on January 8, 2018. Some of the things I did throughout the fast are: 1. Lose my distractio...
