I am graciously single, yes, but with a difference and I will prove it with some words. I turned 30 in December 31, 2017. Since then, I have been living a life filled with gratitude, reminiscing and being thankful to God who brought me this far. I vividly remember being hungry and walking the streets of Lagos so I can't fathom why or how God raised this girl from frying Akara in Pen Cinema Agege to being an Executive Assistant to one of the most respected CEOs in Nigeria. My White Dress to #WOTGK As expected, the #WOTGK2018 conference held on March 17, 2018 was mind blowing. The theme was tagged INTIMACY.  Intimacy with God.  The event was free. After registering in February, I was preparing for the event but then saw a post on their Instagram Page saying that this year's code is white. Even though I wanted to wear their customized T-shirt and then drag on my jeans 😉😉, I welcomed the change but remembered that I would have to shop for a white dress. I dismissed that thought.  I do not have time to shop neither am I a fan of online shopping. So I put on my favorite white dress... Hello Guys, Today is my my brother's birthday. I shared a couple of words, lol, on my Facebook page and I decided to share it here. My dad died in 2015 and as painful as his death was, we barely talk or think about him because he left my family in the good hands of  Eze Chima . We buried our dad gloriously via the grace God gave to him. Hello guys, I was led to join the Prison Ministry in my church many moons ago. I had a desire to help people in many ways by providing resources,  my time, etc. Serving there has been a blessing.  Ikoyi Prison Entrance My first experience at Ikoyi Prison, Falomo was enriching. I left home early to avoid the usual Third Mainland Bridge traffic so that I could make it to the Prison and join my team mates on time so I was feeling drowsy. I was surprised when my team mate said I should not worry that the sleep would disappear as soon as we step in. She was right. I forgot the sleep and was emotional all through our stay/service. Before we entered the facility, we were thoroughly searched. Azzin!! Head to toe something. No phones allowed. No sharp objects either. Then I saw the men.  There were so many men. Hello Guys, I was at our(Living Faith Church Worldwide) Midweek Service Last Night. Having read his book Understanding Divine Direction, I put two and two together and was able to take notes that I wanna share. A lot of us are divided on life issues. I shake my head when I see headlines on Tithing and why we should pay or not pay.  Questions like "how do I know he is the one" comes up on every blog/social media. Hi guys, Jenny at #WOTGK2017 I  started 2017 with a resolve to mingle with people. Go to concerts, shows, events, musicals, you name it. So, when I saw the advert for  #WOTGK2017 conference organised and founded by Joys Oyedepo, I set my calendar for that day. It was awesome. We had a great time in God's presence, I tell you. We also had to privilege of meeting and touching,  our mentors, great women of God; in my opinion. So, Service at The Living Faith Church Worldwide While folks were making New Year resolutions, I joined my church; The Living faith Church Worldwide AKA Winners Chapel in annual prayers. I had a breakthrough in each of the last two years I participated in and I wanted another breakthrough this year. Who does not? I will share my experience as well as my Father(Bishop Oyedepo)'s teaching on the benefits of fasting and prayers. Fasting is a commandment ( Isaiah 58: 1-14, Matthew 6:16-18) as well as a choice.  Esther chose to fast in Esther 4:16. If you want an end to several manipulations of the devil in your life, it is advisable that you fast and pray. Praying during the fast is more important. Hi guys, I joined the Prison Ministry in my church last year for personal reasons. I was not prepared for Falomo Prison, Ikoyi. Neither was I prepared for the stories from inmates. I may share my experiences at the facility later. Today I want to blog about something else. Last Sunday, January 21,  I was privileged by God's grace, to attend a Prison Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) meeting and it was an eye-opening experience. It felt like an old school party in a good way because I was the youngest there and there were many people, most of them in there 60s - 80s. The group spent an hour to honour the outgoing Chairman also known as Chaplain General Reverend Solomon Dipe . What touched me the most was how long; 40 years he spent saving, helping offenders.
